Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “ToS”) carefully before using the KOLdou.com website (the “Service”) operated by KOLdou (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Services

KOLdou.com provides professional digital stewardship for international creators and brands, including but not limited to:

  • Registration Assistance: Providing dedicated +86 phone numbers and technical support for Douyin account creation.

  • Manual Localization: Professional translation and cultural adaptation of content.

  • Account Stewardship: Managing day-to-day operations and growth strategies on Chinese social media platforms.

  • Digital Recharge Services: Assisting users in topping up balances for Chinese digital tools and platforms (e.g., WeChat Pay, Alipay, Douyin Coins).

2. User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: You agree to use the registered accounts in full compliance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China and the community guidelines of the respective platforms (e.g., Douyin).

  • Account Security: While we provide technical setup, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials once handed over.

  • Content Integrity: You are solely responsible for the content posted under your account. We reserve the right to terminate stewardship services if the content is deemed illegal or violates platform rules.

3. Registration & Phone Number Policy

  • Number Ownership: The dedicated +86 numbers provided for registration are managed by our technical team to ensure long-term access and compliance.

  • Verification: We provide verification codes solely for the purpose of official account setup and security checks.

4. Recharge & Payment Terms

  • Payment Completion: All recharge services are initiated upon receipt of cleared funds via our accepted payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • Finality of Transactions: Due to the nature of digital currency and top-ups, all recharge transactions are non-refundable once the destination platform confirms receipt.

  • ID Accuracy: You must provide the correct User ID (UID). KOLdou.com is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect ID provided by the user.

5. Service Tiers & Renewals

  • Monthly Packages: Our $59 – $1,999 stewardship packages are billed on a monthly basis.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, services already rendered within the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

KOLdou.com shall not be held liable for:

  • Platform Bans: Account suspensions or bans issued by Douyin due to algorithm updates or user-generated content violations.

  • Service Interruptions: Technical issues arising from the Great Firewall (GFW), data center outages, or sudden policy changes by third-party platforms.

  • Financial Loss: Indirect losses related to brand reputation or marketing ROI.

7. Intellectual Property

The “KOLdou” brand, website design (including our JustNews-style layout), and original tutorial content are the intellectual property of KOLdou.com. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary materials is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary operations are based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
